Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at LOCAL VOCAL. We want you to love your apparel purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMEFRAME
We offer a 3 day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your garment must be:
a) Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
b) Equipped with all original tags, packaging, and barcodes intact.

2. EXCHANGES FOR SIZING ISSUES
If your apparel does not fit properly, you can request a size exchange. 
a) Please initiate an exchange request by emailing orders@localvocal.store with your Order ID and the desired size.
b) Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the required size is out of stock, a reverse refund process will be initiated.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT GARMENTS
a) We quality-check our apparel before shipping. However, if your drop shipped item arrives torn, stained, or is the wrong style/size compared to your invoice:
b) Time Limit: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
c) Requirement: Email orders@localvocal.store with your Order ID and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect alongside the original shipping label on the package.
d) Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) REFUNDS
a) Please note that refunds for orders placed via Cash on Delivery cannot be issued in physical cash. Approved COD returns will be refunded via:
Store Credit: Issued instantly as a discount code valid for 30 days on our website.
b) Bank Transfer (NEFT): Credited directly into your bank account. You will be required to securely provide your Bank Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC code. 
c) Note: Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.*

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons:
a) Innerwear, lingerie, and shapewear.
b) Custom-printed or personalized apparel.
c) Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
a) Defective/Incorrect Items: We will arrange a free reverse pickup.
b) Size Exchanges: A nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund against an exchange. This fee will be subject to the situation.
