b) Sizing Variations: Apparel sizes are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. Customers are strictly advised to consult our product-specific size charts before placing an order. 

3. PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
a) Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 
b) Country of Origin: In compliance with Indian E-Commerce regulations, the Country of Origin for every garment is explicitly detailed on its respective product description page.
c) Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
We currently do not have a Cash On Delivery Option. But we are working towards it and shall keep you notified.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LOCAL VOCAL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or services.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
